Speakly helps users create presentation notes, record practice takes, import clips, and request AI rehearsal reports. This policy explains what information is handled when you use the app.
Speakly may store your quick session identifier, presentation titles, script notes, local media index, rehearsal durations, report summaries, and Checks ledger.
Microphone, camera, and photo library access are requested only after you choose recording or importing actions. If access is denied, you can still use available fallback features such as timers, manual notes, script cards, imports, or local session history where applicable.
When you request an AI Rehearsal Report or transcript, selected media may be processed to provide pace, pause, volume, filler-word, transcript, structure, and next-take suggestions. Failed, rejected, cancelled, timed out, or unavailable results do not consume Checks.
Delete Account removes local rehearsal data, uploaded media copies used for AI reports, anonymous account data, reports, and the Checks ledger.
